Why Zakupomat

A list that doesn't fight you

You know the type: a shopping app that crams everything onto one screen, plus ten lists you keep “just in case”. A week later nobody opens it and you are back to scraps of paper.

It gets worse. You tick something off and it drops to the bottom. Turns out you did need it after all — back it comes, at the end, nowhere near where it belongs. So you walk the shop twice.

Zakupomat keeps items in the order of your store. Untick something by mistake and it returns to its place, not to the end of the list.

You set the order once, the way you pass the shelves. After that you simply walk the shop in order and tick things off as you go. One list, shared by the whole home, always in the same sequence.

The “Products” screen: the product base with drag handles, one row mid-move. Shopping mode: 34 of 36 items ticked off, bought items staying in their place.

Features

Simple, for the whole home

Live, together

Someone adds butter at home and you see it in the aisle the same second.

Ordered to your store

Drag items into the order you actually pass the shelves. Set once, it stays that way.

Two modes, one screen

Stock up at home, shop in the store. Switch with one tap without losing your place.

Works without signal

Tick items off even in the shop's dead zone. It syncs itself the moment the network is back.

Join by QR code

Show the code, someone at home scans it on the login screen — and you are in together.

Speaks three languages

Polish, English and Swedish. The app follows the phone's language while the item names stay shared.

Browser version

The same list, on a big screen

Zakupomat runs in a browser too — nothing to install, no separate account. Same access code, same list, live.

  • Ordering your product baseDragging with a mouse on a big screen beats doing it with a thumb. Once you have a few dozen items, that matters.
  • Adding with a keyboardType, confirm, type the next one. Handy when you are filling the list at your own pace, at the table.
  • Shopping stays on the phoneIn the shop the app still wins: big rows, one tap to tick something off, and it works without a signal.
Open in a browser

Works on a computer, a tablet and a phone. You can add it to your home screen too.

Privacy

No personal data. None.

We don't want your email. We don't want your phone number. We don't want a password. You create a household, you get a code — that is the whole of it. Someone at home scans the QR code and you are on the same list.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking tools. Data stays in Europe, and you can delete the whole household with one button whenever you like.
