By using the Zakupomat app you accept the terms below.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Polish text prevails.

The service

Zakupomat provides a shared household shopping list. Access works through an access key — anyone who holds it can view and edit that household's list. Protect your key and share it only with people you trust.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to other people's data, or circumvent its safeguards.

Your content

The content you enter (items, notes) belongs to you. You are responsible for what you add to the list.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We work to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for any loss of data.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time, in the app, through the “Delete account” option.
